It is the policy of HORIBA MIRA Ltd that we adhere to data protection regulations and respect the rights and privacy of individuals by processing personal data only for legitimate and lawful purposes.

It will also be kept up to date, be protected appropriately and securely destroyed when no longer required.

Where personal data is shared with third parties this is done under a lawful basis with adequate protection mechanisms in place.

HORIBA MIRA Ltd uses an external 3rd party data processor for automated customer contact. We use MailJet and you can read their Security & Privacy Policy at Contact with customers is only made on the basis that the customer has affirmatively opted in to receive such contact and can unsubscribe at any time.
