Where personal data is shared with third parties this is done under a lawful basis with adequate protection mechanisms in place.
HORIBA MIRA Ltd uses an external 3rd party data processor for automated customer contact. We use MailJet and you can read their Security & Privacy Policy at https://www.mailjet.com/security-privacy/. Contact with customers is only made on the basis that the customer has affirmatively opted in to receive such contact and can unsubscribe at any time.
