HORIBA MIRA Agrees Strategic Cooperation with CH-Auto

  • Chinese firm to work with HORIBA MIRA in developing new electric vehicles

  • Agreement to take advantage of booming global market


HORIBA MIRA – a world leader in advanced vehicle engineering, research, development and testing – has announced the agreement of a strategic cooperation with the Chinese electric vehicle company, CH-Auto.

The agreement between HORIBA MIRA and CH-Auto being signed by Jason Bao, Managing Director, HORIBA MIRA China and Lu Qun, President of CH-Auto.

CH-Auto is well known for its battery powered electric sports car, Qian Tu, and is looking to capitalise on the growing market for electric vehicles.

HORIBA MIRA will be the key engineering service provider for the development and testing of CH-Auto’s new vehicles and future products.

With a suite of 39 major test facilities, 100km of specialised proving ground and over 70 years of engineering experience, HORIBA MIRA combines a wealth of vehicle development resources in one location.

The recent launch of the Advanced Battery Development Suite further cements the business as a leader in battery engineering and testing and provides test and development services for battery packs and other components for hybrid and electric vehicles.
