With over 70 years’ experience in developing some of the world’s most iconic vehicles, our engineers utilise the latest test facilities and simulation tools to make vehicles and journeys safer, cleaner, more efficient and rewarding. Our suite of 39 major test facilities, 100km of specialised proving ground and wealth of engineering experience, combined with our expanding international presence, means we are confident that we can achieve our vision.

The Application Process


1. Online Application
The closing date for applications is 10th December 2018. Applicants are asked to submit a CV and covering letter to highlight your reasons for applying to join HORIBA MIRA.

2. Telephone Interview
As part of the selection process, candidates who meet the criteria in their online application are given a telephone interview in which your skills and a number of competences will be assessed.

3. Psychometric Testing
If you are successful in progressing to this stage, you will be asked to complete online tests. You will be given plenty of time and the opportunity to see practice papers beforehand.

4. Assessment Centre
Candidates who pass all the previous stages of selection are invited to one of our January 2019 assessment centre days. You will have the opportunity to visit our facilities and meet Managers and Graduates from previous years, as well as be interviewed and take part in team exercises to show your capabilities.

5. Decision and Offer
Following the assessment centre you will receive feedback and if you are successful, a formal offer will be made in February 2019 with a view to positions starting by 2nd September 2019 at the latest.
